On Sept. 27, Robert Denis gave a presentation about Oskar Schmerling and the Beyond Caricature project at the National Archives of Georgia as part of the international conference Archival and Source Studies—Trends and Challenges.
The conference lasted for three days. Presentations were given Sept. 26-27, and there was a cultural excursion to Mtskheta, Georgia's ancient capital, on Sept. 28.
Thanks to the National Archives of Georgia for organizing the conference and for their hospitality! And thanks as well to everyone who came and asked questions afterward. Hopefully we'll be able to participate again next year when the Archive celebrates the centenary of its founding.
