"To Your Health!"

Georgia is famous for its feasting and drinking traditions. A Georgian feast is called a 'supra' (სუფრა), which literally means 'tablecloth.' Toasts, which can be long and elaborate, are led by a toastmaster, or 'tamada' (თამადა), and are traditionally drunk from a ram's horn, called a 'kantsi' (ყანწი).
