Kurdish Rebellion

The picture illustrates a dialogue of two men. The one on the left wearing poor clothes is a Kurd, and the one on the right  is an Englishman. This illustration is a commentary on the Kurdish Rebellion of 1925 that took place in Turkey, which was incited by Great Britain.* This explains why we see Kurd and Englishman in the picture. Both of the men are sad that the rebellion failed. The Kurd reproaches the Englishman. But the Englishman is sad, too - Great Britain had spent a large amount of money with no success.
